This new retailer and mocktail bar is opening on historic 4th Street in honor of the owner's late sister Whitney aka "Winnie." Inside, shoppers can peruse a wide variety of carefully curated vintage goods, and thirsty visitors can grab imaginative mocktails, all alcohol-free in honor of Winnie. The former Half Moon Bar on Lewis Boulevard is undergoing renovations to become a second Sioux City location of the iconic La Juanita Taqueria. No opening date is set yet, but they had previously told the Sioux City Journal that it would potentially be summer 2024, so we will hope this finally happens in 2025! More tacos would definitely go a long way towards making 2025 an amazing year.
